Endoprosthesis for the PIP joint
Painful destruction of the proximal interphalangeal joint caused by:
primarily degenerative, secondary or posttraumatic osteoarthrosis,
underlying inflammatory rheumatic disease with low inflammatory activity and good bone conditions
Mediocarpal partial arthodeses
Treatment of degenerative or-post traumatic osteoarthritis of the carpus
FCF fusion
STT fusion
SLC fusion
CMC fusion
SC fusion
Internal distractor for lengthening of the metacarpalia / metatarsalia
Reconstruction of metacarpals I-V
Reconstruction of metatarsals I-V
Brachymetatarsia and brachymetacarpia
Headless Bone scew
HBS2 screws are used for the treatment of intraarticular and extraarticular fractures and pseudoarthroses of smaller bones and bone fragments as well as for arthrodeses on small joints, especially in the scope of
scaphoid fractures and scaphoid pseudoarthroses
proximal pole fractures of the scaphoid
DIP arthrodeses
fractures of the processus styloideus radii
proximal radial head fractures
metacarpal fractures
metatarsal fractures
fractures of the processus styloideus ulnae
Headless bone screw magnesium
The HBS 2 Resorb Mg and mm.CS is used to treat intra-articular and extra-articular fractures and pseudarthroses of small bones and bone fragments, as well as arthrodeses, in particular for the treatment of:
Scaphoid fractures and scaphoid pseudarthroses
Proximal radius head fractures
Fractures of the radial styloid process
Fractures of the ulnar styloid process

Correction osteotomies of the distal radius
Correction osteotomies of the radius and/or ulna
Osteosynthesis for radius
The IXOS® Radius Plate System is intended for surgical procedures in which internal fixation by implants is required for aligning, reconstructing and stabilizing bone tissue.
It is used in particular for fixing intra- and extra-articular acute fractures of the distal radius, particularly
Type A2 Colles fractures
Type A3 fractures
Type B1 fractures
Type B2 Barton fractures
Type B3 Smith or reversed Barton fractures
Type C1 fractures
Type C2 fractures
Type C3 fractures
and in osteotomies of the distal radius
Osteosynthesis in the phalanges & metacarpals
The Linos system is used to treat fractures and for reconstructive procedures on small bones and bone fragments as well as arthrodesis of small joints, especially for
transverse, oblique, and spiral fractures and fractures near joints with and without joint involvement
shaft, comminuted, and luxation fractures
avulsion fractures
arthrodeses and reconstructive procedures
of the distal, middle, and proximal phalanges as well as the metacarpals
Ulna shortening and Radius reconstruction system
intra- and extra-articular acute fractures and osteotomies of the radius and ulna
corrective osteotomies of the distal radius
corrective osteotomies of the ulna
Ulnar Head Prosthesis (Standard / Sphercical)
Standard UHP ulnar head prosthesis
The standard UHP ulnar head prosthesis (standard UHP prosthesis heads in combination with the UHP prosthesis stems with standard/standard+/revision collar) is used as follows:
In the case of painful distal radial ulnar joint resulting from the following if the pain cannot be treated by conservative therapy:
Primary osteoarthritis
Post-traumatic osteoarthritis resulting from:
Radius fractures
Tears in the ulnocarpal ligament complex
Ulnar impaction syndrome
Rheumatoid arthritis
Destruction of the distal radial ulnar joint by tumors, for instance
As revision in the case of painful instability due to unsatisfactory results after:
Darrach procedure
Bowers procedure
Sauvé-Kapandji procedure
Spherical UHP ulnar head prosthesis
The spherical UHP ulnar head prosthesis (spherical UHP prosthesis heads in combination with the UHP prosthesis stems with revision collar) is used as follows:
As revision in the case of painful instability due to unsatisfactory results after:
Sauvé-Kapandji procedure
